Eleda’s platform companies completed five strategic add-on acquisitions at the start of 2026 with a total adjusted EBITA of just over SEK 160 million.
One Nordic acquired Svensk Fordonsladdning, a leading charging infrastructure company, and Åsbro kursgård, the leading training centre in the power industry specialising in training in transmission, regional and local grids.
Eleda’s platform company Eleda Rail completed its acquisition of Nordic Infrastructure Group at the start of the year and also the acquisition of Nettpartner Bane, whose businesses provide specialist expertise in catenary, track and signalling services in the railway and tramway market in Norway.
Furthermore, Anlegg Øst acquired Veinor, a market-leading civil engineering contractor in Bodø, Norway, operating in defence-related infrastructure among other fields.
The acquired companies generated total adjusted EBITA of just over SEK 160 million for 2025. The acquisitions follow the 16 acquisitions that the Group completed in 2025.
“All of the acquired companies are strategic for Eleda in such fields as rail and road, electrical power, data centres and infrastructure related to the defence capabilities of our countries. We also need to attract skilled employees and develop our expertise in order to capitalise on rising demand. This is what makes Åsbro kursgård a strategically important acquisition for us considering the skills shortage in the power distribution industry,” says Ellinor Thiel, President and CEO of Eleda.
