In 2025, Eleda further strengthened its presence in infrastructure services for railways, trams, and metros in Sweden by acquiring Signalbolaget. This company develops and maintains the Swedish railway network. The operations serves customers throughout Sweden and have sales of approximately SEK 80 million and 50 employees.

The acquisition of Signalbolaget is part of Eleda’s focus on railways, and Eleda’s development and maintenance operations in this field are included in the newly formed company Eleda Rail. Through Signalbolaget, the Group increases its presence in the market and benefits from additional competence in signaling technology.
